We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we're here to help.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it.

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of your original purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns after this period.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received them.

    • In their original packaging.

    • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, some health and personal care items are non-returnable.

  3. Packaging: Please do not send items back to the manufacturer. Ensure your return is packaged carefully to prevent damage.

  4. Shipping Recommendation: For items valued over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status by email.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within a certain number of days to your original method of payment. The processing time may vary based on your payment provider.

  • Partial Refunds: Please note that partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

    • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
